There are many benefits to exercising outside. Here are three reasons you should rent a bike and take a ride through one of the greatest green spaces in New York.

Three Benefits of Cycling in a Park

1. Improved Physical Health

Improve your physical health. Cycling is an excellent way to improve heart health, build muscular strength and increase stamina. Cyclying is also a great way to manage your weight.

The Central Park bike trail spans 6.1 miles from the park’s entrance at 59th Street to the top of the park (110th in Harlem) and back around. Inclines will work your legs and glutes and, before you know it, you’ll have quads for the gods. Rolling down the hills will make it all worth it.

Aladdin the Musical in NYC at the New Amsterdam Theatre

A Whole New World: Aladdin The Musical

Journey to a whole new world from the beautiful New Amsterdam Theatre in the heart of New York City. This year Aladdin celebrates ten years on Broadway, and Disney is rolling out the magic carpet. The rags to riches tale unfolds in two epic acts filled with music, dance, and comedy the entire family will love (recommended age 6+).

A Not-So-New Love Story

Disney introduced Aladdin, Jasmine and the incredibly hilarious Genie to the world in 1992, and again in a live-action theatrical release starring Will Smith as Genie in 2019. Yet the “opposites attract” story about love and friendship has not aged one bit. From “street rat” to sultan, Aladdin’s ascension reminds the audience that dreams can come true, the sky isn’t the limit, and authenticity is what makes you royal.
